We do not provide a refund or exchange if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind. We have a replacement policy when you unfortunately receive items that are defective or have a partial loss due to our error.
If you receive a defective product, please contact Tothedarkshines@gmail.com with your order number within 10 days of delivery for any issues you may have with your order. please take an image of the defective product and send it to us. Brand new replacements will be sent to you within 2-3 days after your request is approved.
