30-Day Return/Exchange Policy
Thedarkshines.com online shop sell based on our excellent designs and proven reliability. The policy begins from the date of delivered. Thus, the quality is guaranteed. We also have a QA team to test products you ordered are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. It is therefore imperative that you have seen all products’ detailed descriptions on our website before placing your order. Make sure that the details regarding your order need to be correct. Defective/ Damaged Items Return/Exchange
Please contact us to begin the return. Clear photo/video evidence of the issue and the issue description are required.
A refund or an exchange of your purchase will be processed within 48 hours.
For the defective and damaged items, customers don't need to return the items and provide us the photos as a evidence.
For all other cases, Return Service Procedure:
1. For the items need to be returned to us, customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
2. Please send us your return request within 30 days of the delivery date.
3. Be sure to inform the reason for return in your email and indicate the details for replacement or a refund.
Return Shipping Cost
TheDarkShines will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a TheDarkShines representative to be defective.
For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Processing Time
1.Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your items to be received and processed.
2.Once the item is received at our warehouse, scanned into inventory, you will be refunded for the item back to your account you required.
Notes on Refunds
1.Your refund will be returned to the original payment method.
2. It may take 3-5 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account after it has been issued.
3. Shipping costs will not be refunded for returned items.
